Our easy terms make buying a mattress pressure-free. If you are unhappy with the mattress that you purchased you can exchange the mattress within 30 days of your purchase (In “Like New,” undamaged condition.) We do not charge a restocking fee and would be happy to help you choose another item from within our vast selection of inventory that would better suit you. Refunds are not available on special order items (as determined at the time of purchase) or on customer damaged items.

Same Day Pick Up

If you choose “Free Pick Up” as your shipping choice you may pick up your order right away as long as the product is in stock. We store a lot of our products in our warehouse & our retailers so please call to confirm that we have the item at our/Retailers store. If we do not have the item in stock at our store, we can get it from our warehouse within 1-2 hours. One of our salesmen will be in touch with you to let you know when the item is ready. If there is a specific day you wish to pick the item up just let us know and we can arrange it for you!

Delivery

Once your order is placed one of our sales associates will be in touch with you shortly afterward to schedule a delivery date. Standard deliveries are done between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM*. Our delivery driver will call you about 30 minutes prior to let you know they are on their way.(If these times don’t work with your schedule then please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Free Delivery Details

Our customer’s orders will receive same-day free delivery to anywhere in San Diego County over $500 orders. If the order is placed after 5 p.m. or on Sunday We will deliver the following day. Once we have received your order we will get in touch with you to schedule the delivery for the same day or when you are ready to receive your items.

Warranty Issue

For All warranty issues please contact the retail store it was purchased at or Email us at “[email protected]” with a Purchase receipt/Invoice listing the mattress and date of purchase. as well send pictures of the warranty issues. we will respond within 1 week.
